RMJ Environomics is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving New Jersey clients since 1999. The company was founded by Mike Della Fave, who worked in the Environmental Services industry for four decades, and co-authored four textbooks about environmental subjects.
Mike’s daughter Rita Della Fave took over as owner and president of R.M.J. Environomics in 2020. Rita grew up with the Environmental Services business, learning from Mike’s expertise. She has many years of experience in management and customer service, which helps her carry on the standards of excellence established by her father. Mike is still active with R.M.J. as a consultant.
Mike and Rita have built a team of experienced professionals to meet a wide range of environmental service needs. R.M.J.’s staff of professionals has multi-disciplinary experience in areas such as operations, engineering, chemical, economics, hydrogeology, hydrology, biology, environmental science, chemistry, regulatory analysis, waste disposal/recycling, conflict resolution, business management, and computer science. R.M.J. is a technically oriented environmental science and engineering consulting organization with a highly experienced staff, supported by a state-of-the-art analytical laboratory.
